Since my last update, I’ve segregated the Typescript into story runner and story file. I’ve also implemented a Tauri (similar to Electron) app (cross-platform downloads soon) called Zifmia.
NOTE: If anyone was around 15 years ago, you might remember I was using the name Zifmia for a client-server version of fyrevm-web. That never really got anywhere, so I’m reusing it for the Sharpee story runner. This allows authors to deliver story files (story-name.sharpee) and players to have a single story runner running locally. Authors can still build a single use thin web app too.
Still working through a few straggler changes and finishing the port of Dungeon, but we’re inching towards a Sharpee 1.0 release.
For now, Sharpee is officially released at 0.9.62-beta and stable enough to start using.
