An interdimensional spider? Is it going to run off with the loot—surely all adventurers have loot!—between its pedipalps?
If you think about it, aren’t these all subcategories of shenanigans? 
Well, fairies are presumably extradimensional,,, and if they had eight legs they would be kind of like spiders,,,
I wonder if interdimensional spiders would purchas names?
