How do I contribute an extension to the public library?

So I wrote an extension people could use. How do I contribute it so it shows in the public library?

Ask in Friends of I7 @ GitHub for access to the repo.

That is not the Public Library.

Iā€™m not sure what the current process is for the official Public Library.
