i’ve finished the game, i have one gripe for you though
you rick-rolled me in the haunted house. the pharoh’s room. the sands, the souls. you rickrolled me. how dare you.
other than that, i would say mayhaps that this was one of the best if’s ive ever played. love the doctor who representation, and the fact you researched the time travel made my little quantum physicist brain so happy

I was wondering, is it possible to open the rift in the dark room in the musem? 7/8 rifts open in the hub triggered my OCD slightly

I don’t think it is, now that I think about it. The issue is you need the flashlight and the connector available at the same time, right? I could always add a lightswitch into the nextt version of the game to make that possible. Or maybe make the tool constantly glow once it reaches max level.

Stuck at a score of 5 in wax museum.
I can’t seem to find the last silk. I have hanging pennant, cloth of honor, silk bandage, gossamer cape, and lady’s favor.
I’m also really stumped on what to do with Henry VIII. I’ve read his plaque, examined the goblet, and tried dispensing different combos of soda. Tried shoving my rucksack in the goblet trying to overflow it lol. I feel like I’m missing something.
EDIT: Actually right after posting this I went back to examine everything again in the spears and silks room and found the last one, so now I’m just stuck on Henry.

Could now use some hints for the zoo area. I think I have almost all of the drone parts but not sure what to do to get Wanda the owl to move. Thought she might like the moss but can’t get her interested in it. I presume I have to get her to move off the part I need and somehow get her to the cougar area to spook the brother cougar away, but feel a bit stumped on how to do so.
Regarding the owl (this section is not much help):
If I remember correctly, CLAP might work. However, that’s not all.
You might need to introduce another animal to the area. I don’t think it’s the cougar though. It might be!
The most important bit is loud noises scare it.
Regarding the cougar:
On the sign, she seems very uncomfortable. You might need to give her comfort.
What thing in the zoo area is soft?

Oh ty I realized that I could lure the cougar over to her and was able to get the parts, not sure how I missed that lol.
Welp now I am kinda stuck on getting the next tool upgrade. I have flashlight, lockpick, diagnose, and locator. It feels like I’ve looked all around all of the octagon chambers but don’t know what to do next. I fo have the pizza receipt which I’m not entirely sure if it could be relevant here because all I can tell is it “belongs” to the tool Device room but I cant seem to do anything with it.
Hmm. I don’t have good enough notes here but I’m almost certain that the pizza receipt gets used behind one of the rifts that you have to repair, so you need the the next tool before it’s useful
Okay, the first few octagon rooms go kind of like this (shouldn’t be spoilers given what you have:one where the crystal’s on the floor, one where it’s dark, and one where there’s a safe.. You should have gotten those already, given what you’ve unlocked.
The next one should be a pile of identical crystals. Once you have that, you should be able to upgrade and unlock the connector ability, which will let you go to the pizza parlor.

I’m having a bit of trouble in the murder mystery area, and I’ve either found a slight bug or am just not doing something quite right. Basically I feel like I’ve found all the clues I can find, but I can’t figure out how they link together
Currently, the clues I have are payoff, unaware, streetsmart, and enthusiast. I’ve talked to everyone about all of those and gotten nothing, and none of them seem to link to each other, so now I’m not sure what else I can do.
I’ve taken everyone’s statement, and two of them were taken a second time when they revised their stories (arthur and elen). The potential bug I’ve found is that when I try to ask Mari for her statement again, I get stuck in the very first room, because the package seems to have disappeared? It appears she’s already talked to hilda, so I can’t talk to her again to get the package, but the package also isn’t already on the table. I’d been hoping to go through that one again in case I missed anything, sooo hopefully that’s not actually necessary
I’m pretty sure I have the right external object for this one, and it seems like it won’t be useful until later in this rift so I feel like I’ve either missed picking up a clue in a statement, or linked clues together before I should have?
