Hello! I just released my new game Edge Valley Bigfoot Society. It’s the first parser game I’ve ever finished, so there might be a few bugs. If there are, you can DM me here or mention them in your IFDB review. In any case, if you’re still reading, you might want to know what this game is about. Essentially, you are a Bigfoot locked in an underground facility after making a few unwise decisions and have to escape the facility, ideally before the other Bigfoots wake up and discover that you are missing.
Hello! I tried clicking on the link, but it says ‘file not found’ for both the game and the solution, so you might have a broken link!
Just as a warning, the biggest IF competition of the year is starting in a day or two, so that might distract people from playing your game. It might be useful to re-advertise your game again once the competition ends to remind people!
I look forward to trying your game out when the links are fixed.
Brian know what he says, a good part of the success of his Never gives up her dead was the release as public beta test just aftere the end of the 'Comp 2023 and the final release at the end of the year. So, I second and concur with his suggestion.
As @mathbrush said, with the IFcomp games coming out in a couple of days, you might not get a lot of attention on your game right now. But I (and a few others) have wishlisted it on IFDB to hopefully check out in the future!
(One minor note: it’s usually not the done thing to rate your own games on IFDB.)
