Does anyone have Adrift 3.8?

There seems to be a number of Adrift games that are only playable in Runner version 3.8. The automatic conversion to 3.9 is imperfect, similar to how the automatic conversion of the 3.9 format to 4.0 breaks many games.

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the Adrift 3.8 runner laying around? It seems to be thoroughly scrubbed off the internet. (Wayback machine has a www.adrift.co link to a run380.exe which turns out to be a symbolic link to run390.exe.)

The 3.7 runner at http://web.archive.org/web/20070629101351id_/http://www.delron.org.uk/files/adrift37.zip might also be worth putting up on the archive.

With my surprise, adrift 3.8 cooperate much better than 4.x and 5.x with Wine: At least starts, showing its window with its five sub-windows without crying for net/mono.

dunno if fully cooperate, tho’.

I’ve done a lot of testing with the 3.7 to 4.0 Adrift runners in Wine (on macOS) and they have run all the games I’ve thrown at them from start to finish.
