Are IFComp walkthroughs not archived?

I was just looking for one of the walkthroughs from this year’s comp and they don’t seem to be linked from the results page, from the IFDB pages, and I can’t find them in the IF Archive anywhere. I did manage to pull it up from the internet archive, but… are we not saving these?

Is there a way for an author to add the walkthrough to IFDB manually? I still have mine, and I wouldn’t mind doing so.

Anyone can edit a game’s listing; you can add it!

Good point! I added my walkthrough on itch but I should add it to my entry on IFDB as well.

Huh. Looks like last year’s walkthroughs are in the individual zip files on the IF Archive along with each game. Maybe it’s an oversight this year… or maybe they’ll be added later?

Edit: OK, I e-mailed the organizers.

I was wondering about this earlier, too. Just went ahead and added the walkthroughs and achievement guides for my games to IFDB. Thanks for the reminder!
