Hi everyone,

I just released a visual novel/game on itch.io based off of the short story “Barn Burning” by Haruki Murakami. I’d love to receive some thoughts or feedback from anyone who might be interested.

Reading the story beforehand is not necessary - but I would be curious to hear from both those who have and have not read it.

I played it a bit. The view angle changes from time to time. I wondered if there is a way to change the view direction or does the game always control this. There were directions i wanted to look but could not. Otherwise the control system works fine.

You can change the view direction with the Q and E keys if you’re on a computer.
