Need some hint for this new Arthur Dibianca game…

  1. Where can I find the safe combination?
  2. I pressed the 3 buttons but the display case with the light doesn’t unlock. I used the order given in the note found in the bedroom.
  3. I’ve uncovered 9 out of 10 valuable items. Where is the tenth?
  4. Generally, how does time pass in the game? Is it a fixed number of turns, or does it tick only with specific actions?
