I was just wondering how easy it would be to allow folders to separate different story types and such, in the Twine 2 story menu and if we could have the ability to use pictures or icons, for story labels instead of the default bubbles we currently have?

If you’d like to suggest improvements or report bugs for the Twine editor, you should do that at the Twine “Issues” page.
That said, I’m not sure how that would work with the current Twine story format since, there doesn’t really appear to be any place to store the image data in the current Twine spec.
