Hebe is the Greek goddess of eternal youth, old age, prime of life, and forgiveness. She is the cupbearer of the gods, serving them nectar and ambrosia. She is a daughter of Zeus and Hera and a wife of Heracles (Roman: Hercules). As the goddess of youth, she had influence over eternal youth and the ability to restore youth to mortals.
Based on the title of the game, Hebe is likely a main character, either as the goddess or as someone with similar powers or symbolism to the goddess.
Hebe was often revered for being the one to keep the gods young, so she is necessary for the rest of the pantheon. Maybe something happens to her and she needs to be saved, with the title mimicking The Legend of Zelda series where the player character is not, in fact, Zelda (or Hebe). Or Hebe herself could be the player, and she goes on a quest, possibly on Earth, to save the rest of the Greek pantheon or even the world.
