Autumn Chen’s Social Democracy: Popular Front
I am not smart enough for this game, but what a vibe with crackly period music and what looks to be a political simulation that is going to twiddle all the right switches for fans of simulation and history. This is in Dendry which Chen developed to bridge a gap left by Varytale and Storynexus.

This is a slideshow made up of film frames which you can advance by clicking or pressing the spacebar, which is smart. I wish this had ambience or music, but I suppose choosing your own might be a part of the interactivity. The stream of consciousness during a routine commute includes both despairing about not surviving a zombie apocalypse and reminding one’s self to pick up broccoli from Tesco. The impulse is to go fast to see it like a film so the short phrases are well suited to make this a unique experience.
