As of October 2023, is the most recent version of the Glk specification 0.75, and the most recent version of GlkOte 2.3.3?

Making sure I have found the right docs.

Yes. Unreleased changes are in the https://github.com/erkyrath/glkote repository, but there aren’t any since 2.3.3 went out.
