It’s always been funny to me that blue and green together make “grue”, to the point where linguists apparently use the term “grue” to describe the blending of “blue” and “green” in certain languages.

I imagine that with a grue grue, you’d get time to appreciate the beautiful combination of blue and green in its teeth before it eats you.
