SeedComp! Deadline Postponed Due to Popular Request

Hello! Is, uh, is this thing on? [Tap… Tap… Backfeed!!!] Uh, sorry. AHEM…

After conducting a very scientific, double-blind, and peer-reviewed study, the SeedComp! Council has decided, in its infinite wisdom, to extend the Round Two submission deadline to Sunday, March 3rd, 2024, End of Day, Anywhere on Earth (AoE).

That’d be 7am EST March 4th, if that helps, although, once updated, the itch countdown timer should show the accurate submission deadline and countdown for your time zone. I’m heading over there next to make the actual physical change.

As of the time of this post, that change should give folks 5 days, 9 hours, and 6 minutes to wrap up. That’s even enough time for the more daring among us to attempt to shoehorn in a new small game before the deadline.

Oh, and with the new deadline, Seedcomp 2024 will start exactly one hour after the '24 Concours de Fiction Interactive, which I’ve also been looking forward to. I’m going to merge my reviews into one thread, like last year.

While the Countdown Of Doom! is now updated, the jam page text still shows the old deadline – I mention this in case it causes anxiety.
I guess the voting period will move by a couple of days too?

Thank you for extending the deadline. Now I only need to stop my NPCs from burning the premises down.
