OKAY
Happy CENTIPEDE anniversary! 25 years⦠my how time flies. I remember the gun naming from your writeup.
I was embarrassed to learn that I got the name Charlene from Full Metal Jacket? But not embarrassed to learn in the intervening years that I borrowed from a strong source of inspiration.
Also, the whole Centipede game is Starship Troopers, but not the Heinlein, the Dutch director.

Itās never secure, over here. But David Cornelson gave me my career.
I have to believe his children are all at least 20 years old. For the sake of goodness, David immediately wrote to my family that I might be going askew. And his efforts were Cassandra-esque.
I will just say this: I spent a few years writing an app for iOS, that would be an IF app, and I could put my games out on there. And all I want is to feel the inspiration of a new game idea, and act on it. If I got a really great one, like David Lynch talked about fishing as a metaphor for ideas, I want to land a huge great one. Then, back then, you couldnāt stop me. But, was I that prolific? I think I enjoyed Lenny Pittsās idea āBeing Andrew Plotkinā, and did something with that, it gripped me. I got the whole thing from the title.
I donāt know what will spark anything from me, in the interactive fiction realm.
When I hear it, Iāll go on it.
