Releasing with Cover Art: Text Overwrite

I am trying to release my story. Everything is fine except that text overwrites my cover art.
Two Questions:
[1] How do I stop the overwrite? see attached screenshot.
[2] Do I need to name my art file “Cover.png” (or cover.jpg), or can I name it something else and tell Inform how to read it in?
There is very little info on cover art in the docs.
