Project Nibbles is an interactive story that throws you into the depths of a twisted lab where Nibbles, a hamster subjected to bizarre and brutal experiments, is desperately trying to escape. She’s no ordinary hamster—thanks to the lab’s twisted experiments, she can think, talk, and plan her way out. But the lab is a maze of dark vents and failed experiments lurking in the shadows, each more dangerous than the last.

Your mission? Guide Nibbles through this nightmare, making choices that could either lead her to freedom or doom her to become another failed experiment. Every decision matters, and survival is far from guaranteed.

To anyone playing, note that this has white text on a textured dark grey background, with some titles in neon green with a bloom effect. There is also use of AI images every other page or so. I do not know whether the game is screenreader-friendly, but I doubt it.

The text contrast level is well within AAA guidelines, and the screenreader compatibility seems fine (as it is for most Harlowe games, I think), but you are certainly right about the AI images.

This game is html, but there is no “play online” option?

It would have been nice if the pictures of Nibbles had been a little more consistant
