I was looking through some old papers and discovered these Softwin hint sheets for Microsoft Adventure.
As I recall, there were four sheets available, and you could mail-order them for one dollar each. I don’t remember if I ever saw the other ones – I don’t think so.
I played it on an IBM PC, but these sheets must have been created earlier when it was only on TRS 80 and Apple II.
It looks like the two (possibly) missing from the IF Archive are Hints For a Perfect Score and the text explanation of the maps for the two mazes. As @8bitAG correctly pointed out, these are available from MOCAGH, together with the independently produced Adventure Tips & Solutions written by Steven Tippet. The latter is pretty good.
