I was inspired by @aschultz 's recent jag of Apple II gaming videos to do a few of my own. Mine are for a favourite game of mine, one I first had an itch to cover as long as ten years ago; the action-RPG Moebius: The Orb of Celestial Harmony (1985). I’m doing a longplay in four videos, one for each elemental realm. They’re all recorded but I continue to edit them. The first video is up.
With its unusual graphical style and weird rules, it’s hard for me to imagine how the game presents to much younger people today. Maybe some of you can tell me! I still love the atmosphere, particular mythos and style.
