I wrote an extension to incorporate an MIT-style license in an Inform 7 story.

The extension (MIT-licensed, of course) is in one of my github repositories:

The extension includes a couple of examples illustrating its use. One of the examples illustrates how it can be adapted to use another fairly simple license.

(Note: it’s intended for use in a story project, not in an extension project.)
