Anyone know where to find it? The link on IFDB is a 403 (at least for me), and the game isn’t playable without it. Yes, I could get the answers from the walkthrough, but I’d rather play it properly.

I found this ten-year-old post and dragged it kicking and screaming into the daylight because I had the same question.
The IFDB link for the Mindwheel book is still a 403 and Peter Piers’ link has gone dark since he posted it.
