Hello everybody
A couple of months ago I released a interactive fiction game on itch.io.
I had actually made the game a couple years back and even made a sequel, I just never really publicly released either of them until I put the first one up on itch.
Long story long, I’m looking for constructive criticism and general feedback and would appreciate it if you tried it out! If you’re interested, the link is Gamename: Special Edition by GrainyWayGalaxy
NOTES:
I coded the game in python, so it literally runs as print() statements in the terminal. Rudimentary, I know.
Please keep in mind that this game started as an imitation of Zork. Zork was and still pretty much is my only experience with IF.
Finally, I probably won’t be updating this first game at all except for bug fixes. The feedback I collect here will be put towards the in-development third game in the series.
