I have restarted my Learning ZIL project on GitHub and Blogger. I’ll be posting new material at least weekly. Right now, the blog has posts on the installation of ZILF on Windows and Linux.

Neither works. It directs me to a 404 page both times.

Unfortunately I think Shin have removed the material. Some of it are preserved in the wayback machine - https://web.archive.org/web/20201203141939/https://learning-zil.blogspot.com/

The GitHub link should work now. I no longer have a Blogger account but you can use Home · learning-zil/learning-zil.github.io Wiki · GitHub instead.
