When I browsed the Github repository, I learned that Jason Lautzenheiser sadly passed away:
I didn’t know Jason personally, but I liked to use Trizbort and am grateful for his work on it. May he rest in peace.

I had no idea about Jason!
Trizbort.io is really good, and includes a mode where you can “install it” as a Progressive Web App. I recommend that.
Likewise. I had no idea that Jason had passed away. I’m really sorry to hear that, as he had been providing a valuable service to the community and had also authored at least one game himself. I guess that explains why there hasn’t been any Trizbort activity in recent years.
Rest in peace, Jason.
Sorry to hear about Jason’s death. Here’s his IFWiki page. I’ve added it to the “in memoriam” category. Jason Lautzenheiser - IFWiki
The “What’s your setup” topic prompted me to re-download Trizbort yesterday. I’d downloaded it ages ago but never used it. It was a bit of a rigmarole working out where to go. The old website stops in 2015 and the “new” one’s a poker website. I made some minor changes to IFWiki to help others, though – https://www.ifwiki.org/index.php?title=Trizbort&action=history.
Thanks for letting us all know. This is a definite loss to me. From the obituatry it’s clear text adventures etc. were far from the only thing in his life. I remember some of his tweets being the sort of thing it should have been used for.
He helped me understand things about source control and C++ that I thought I couldn’t and feel silly not understanding now, and I’m pretty sure if he helped me, he helped his real-life colleagues with the same thing. We were very different people but I was very glad to make his acquaintance and be able to spend time over the internet with him.
