Ifarchive and Texture public libraries, 2018 / 2019 editions

Currently ifarchive.org hosts two collections of TextureWriter.com – for 2016 and 2017.

How were these put together / collected, or by who? Could that same process be used to create a 2018 and 2019 collection?

I have a script that generates the packages. I can run it later this week for 2018 and 2019 and upload to the Archive.

Sorry, I promptly forgot this, but the 2018 and 2019 archives have now been uploaded to IF Archive and should appear there in a few days.
