[I6] current (latest) library

Looking to find the most current Inform 6 library. The Archive has inform6lib-6.12.3.zip [14-Jul-2019] but the readme.txt file within says “This is version 6.12.2 of the Inform Library” Confusing??
Can anyone enlighten me as to which claim is correct?
Or is there a later version hiding somewhere?

edit - just saw the change log for this file and in there it says this is version 6.12.3. So it looks like the readme.txt file didn’t get updated.
