Hint request: Repeat the ending

In Repeat The Ending, I’m in the trailer park and I’ve dealt with the meathead boyfriend and put out the fire.

The game is now prompting me to leave the trailer park, but the keys are locked in the car. As far as I can see, there are no relevant hints in the Guide. Could someone tell me what to do?

Edit: Oh, I see, there is a hint about “How do I get in the car?”, but I missed it because it’s near the top of the list, before the bits about the boyfriend and the fire.

Apparently I need an ENTROPIC NUDGE. Could someone tell me where it is?
