Hint Request for "Worlds Apart"- Sleeping

Hello! I’ve been playing Worlds Apart (Suzanne Britton), and I’m stuck on Dusk, day 1. I’m in the shelter, but a force keeps pushing me out. I’ve checked the in-game hints, and it says to sleep on the ocean shore, but I can’t get out of the shelter.

Please help. I’ve been stuck for an hour. Is it something to do with the disc?
