Gruescript: conversation_background bug

Setting the conversation background in grue script still leaves a blue border around the conversation box.

color conversation_background red

(I’m not sure if this is the appropriate place to report this. Alternatively I could have filed a bug on Github, I guess, but that takes longer.)

Fixed!

Also various problems with named HTML entities like : not being handled properly in downloads and elsewhere.
