Mathphobia looks fun.
46 entries!
Oh my gods I did it. I submitted to a comp. I really did that.
[promptly collapses onto the floor]
Happy Halloween!!! So excited to check out all these games!
I also submitted to Le Grand Guignol, but found uploads disabled for all entries when I tried to update with a late-night bug fix, leaving the page without a build. Is there a way to enable updates for Grand Guignol games before the end of the voting period?
EDIT: Resolved, thank you so much!
HEY!
All games are live now!
48 entries in total.
38 in English
7 in Spanish
2 in Italian
2 in German (NOT denmark!)
(sadly, this year we have no participation in French).
BUT… some numbers don’t sum up. In the Italian tab, it says 2 games but only shows 1.
Anyone who has a problem with their entries can write me in private, so everybody can join in (I will study case by case).
Thanks!
I assume by Denmark you mean German.
Probably, probably is lack of sleep XDDD
Its okay, thanks for all the work.
I couldn’t find anything in the rules about reviewing other games if you’re a participant yourself. Okay or not?
Please, do it.
@Tale, are you the author of Lucky Spinelli muss sterben? Looks very intriguing, I might brush up my (unterkindergarten) German to play it!
Indeed I am. Please note that it was intended for petit morte, but my coding skills were too rusty. Let me know if you need any help. It contains a bit of regional slang.
It’s possible it’s entered but unpublished? If they still have it set on draft or restricted no one else will probably be able to see it.
I dunno right now. Let’s hope they see this.
When does voting end?
The text of the itch page says “The voting period ends on November 15”; but (for me) the countdown at the top currently says “Voting ends in 1 month 0 days 10 hours”, implying something like the end of 1 December.
Same here. Clock says 1 month until voting ends…
This looks like an excellent crop this year! I’m going to try to run the table again, at least for the Petite Mort, but now that I’ve entered a Grand Guignol I should try to play some of those too!
Again, what do YOU, the community, think?
We should run for the games in a quick round of 15 days?
Or should we have a 1 month voting period?
We have still time to change that if we want.
(feat. @JTN )
A longer playing/voting period would be nice. I’m planning on getting around to at least a few of these, but if I wanted to do a bit of a writeup, a shorter period would mean having to choose between playing more games, or writing reviews/thoughts on the ones I had already gotten around to.
