To all authors, I’m planning to download all the games for the IF Archive in mid-January, allowing the time between then and now for you to make any updates you’d like!

Not that I’m complaining about sweeping some of my embarrassing typos under the rug; but shouldn’t the competition versions be archived (at least for the petite mort games) ?

I don’t know. I see this contest as a very author friendly, so I prioritize author confort than time snapshot fidelity.

Well I updated to fix all the bugs as soon as the contest ended, so it’s a bit late for archiving the contest version!

Authors can make both versions available, for archiving purposes, the original comp version, and the updated. If you with for.

I wanted to get something out by end of year & it’s really good to have extra motivation.
Will there be a way to notify us a week before you upload everything? I think Itch has this capability, but I’m not sure.
