Now here will be my reviews for the RaT 2026 !

As usual, the first post is abut the RoE & criteria.

first and foremost, one work is excluded from the reviewing for really obvious reasons, and another because I was a ßtester for it.

Then, the bonus list:
first, the “big floating thing” one: stories featuring ships (whatever they sails, sea, air, space, land) will get a bonus.
also, the usage of uncommon/little-known IF language will get a bonus, because, IMVHO, the scope of the review-a-thon ought to be applied not only on stories, but also on the language used in creating & coding.
Lastly, the longer story files will get a bonus because, well, IS a marathon…

some games ended unreviewed because of australian tankard-driven madness, so, authors, please upload your works also on saner repositories.

ok, let’s start the walk toward Athens !

The first one is a rather interesting and unusual work:
UNCLE SAM’S ATRIUM

the author’s classification as “educational” is correct, and this KN (Kinetic Novel) narrates the story of an lonely & abandoned former mall, and the broader context of its construction, ending with an appeal not to repeat the past mistakes of demolishing & rebuilding, advocating its refurbishment and repurposing (indeed the lone interior picture clearly shows that is perfect for thing like conventions & exhibitions…)
As a political scientist, I can clearly see how KN can became a powerful advocacy tool. And at the same time, as an Historian, I can easily see also its value as educational tool.

The usage of a little-used (outside VN/KN scene) language gives this work a deserved “uncommon/little known language” bonus.
