Some wiki pages have old links to intfiction.org topics that don’t work anymore due to URL changes. For example, http://www.intfiction.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=3353 brings up a “page not found” message, as the url for that post is now https://intfiction.org/t/the-first-annual-lime-coconut-if-minicomp/12240
. I’ve typically been able to find the correct page by searching for the likely topic title, but is there any easier/better way to correctly map these links?
Most old topics should have permalinks, but not in all formats. In particular, it should only have a t=
, not a f=
. But remove the f
parameter doesn’t fix that link, so it mustn’t have been migrated properly. So you can try removing extra parameters, which may give you the current link, but otherwise you’ll have to try searching for a topic title.
