Does TADS3/adv3 provide any cross-platform/cross-interpreter method(s) for formatting title/chapter title pages, block quotes, and that kind of thing? You see this sort of thing all the time in Inform games, like the title page of Curses.
Theoretically HTML(-ish) markup is supposed to be supported, but FrobTADS doesn’t respect <center>Foozle</center> to center text in the console version, for example. And the banner API isn’t supported by the web UI.
