Hello I have just bought win 11 laptop and download twine. I install twine but I could not start it. I mean when I try to start program I can see it running in task manager with high CPU usage however GUI doesn’t pop up.

The “Installable” release of Twine 2.x application is built using the Electron framework (currently v17.4.10 or later), and based on this bug report some users of Electron based applications are having issues like those you described on their Windows 10/11 machines. It seems to relate to the graphic hardware being used on that machine.
While the bug report does specify v16.x of Electron in its title, some of the comments mention the same issue occurs on v17.x of the framework.
