Does anyone have a link to this? The link on Spring Thing’s webpage is now defunct (replacements are also welcome).

Sorry for reviving an 18 year old topic!

It’s bundled with Inform, so you can at least get the file from GitHub, but the only other places I’m finding it are releases of Inform games that include it.
