It’s composed of 18 tracks (including 2 special bonus tracks not found in the actual game!) which together come to over 24 minutes of music covering a huge variety of styles and genres, from country music to big band jazz and electroswing. There’s something for everyone in this veritable all-you-can-eat buffet of sound.
Since I’m having trouble getting the soundtrack added to the IF Archive, I have uploaded each track individually here on intfiction.org. You can download them below.
I thought the packages I submitted to the IF Archive had been silently rejected, but they appeared in the unprocessed directory. Until they get moved to their final location (at which point I’ll edit this post), you can download a 90 MB higher-quality version of the soundtrack here:
Yes, sorry. We got into a discussion of where the file should go on the Archive and I never finished following up.
(Current theory: create a top-level /feelies directory. There isn’t a lot that belongs there, but I see at least one other soundtrack which is associated with a game but is not part of a game zip.)
I have filed the soundtrack files for A Smörgåsbord of Pain there, as well as the earlier soundtrack for A Matter of Heist Urgency, which is a similar case.
Sorry for the long delay.
If anybody can think of other IF Archive files which could reasonably belong under /feelies, please let me know. This would be:
Documents meant to accompany a game
But they do not include a game in the package (a zip file containing both game and feelies goes in /games)
Not solutions, hints, or walkthroughs (they go in /solutions)
