This a very belated post about the updated version of my IFComp 2025 game A Rock’s Tale. The game is fundamentally the same, but I’ve added illustrations for each ending, music and a handful of quality of life changes that were suggested during the comp. Well done on the post-comp update—I still had this game on my wishlist, so it’s great to hear about the improvements!

Cannot compare this to the IFComp version, as I have not played it, but this game was worth playing.

is definitely how I would describe it. Very smooth playing experience too, congrats!
