Apparently, this is a legitimate, if strange, real-estate listing that’s gone viral.
The police think the residents were fencing stolen goods online. And the peculiar bathroom facilities are from when the building was being used as a daycare facility

Weird! I was exploring one of the downstairs rooms wandering through aisles filled with shelves of books and suddenly I found myself outside near a street.
