Definitely! I’m pretty sure the biggest winner before was Alabaster with 10, and the biggest nominee was Pick up the Phone Booth and Aisle with 13 authors, but I may be forgetting something. I’ve never seen any other game with over 20 authors though, so I’m sure this is a record!
