Hi y’all, my name is Shayne King and I’m a fledgeling game developer from Nova Scotia, Canada. I’m currently creating a game called Disciples of the Gun which is a sprawling space-opera CYOA with strong RPG elements such as class, species, skills, stats, and dice-rolling.

You can see about 5 minutes of play including a couple OST tracks at this link. The password is AshkiValisIsDope (exactly as written). I passworded it to avoid it being indexed by itch.io, since it is very-much incomplete.

If you want to follow along with development updates, you can! I regularly upload newly-completed storylines and features to the itch.io service. As of right now, this game is intended to be 100% free, with a “suggested” donation of $2.00. This is totally optional.

Twine is new to me, but so far I am really loving it. I have plans to make another game, called Psalm 136, in GDevelop which is a more linear story platformer with stronger “gameplay” aspects. This is an urban fantasy redux with modern mythological characters. This will also be 100% free.
