I’m a long-time member of the interactive fiction community, on and off since the parser-game era of the internet. I competed in the 2013 IFComp and still tinker with projects, most of them gloriously unfinished. Outside IF, I work in bioinformatics research and previously trained and practiced as a psychiatrist in Pakistan. My interests drift between narrative systems, simulation, language, and strange technical rabbit holes that probably should have stayed hobbies.
