If we’re talking about the process of testing now, I’d add: it’s really helpful when authors say what they’re looking for! I’ve been telling people, in the first phase I’m especially looking for big frustration/pain points and UI issues, in the second phase I’m looking for time sinks and places you get stuck, and so on.
