I have published my game on itch.io, but everytime I try and download it to play some of the videos won’t load. They sort of start and then stop after a second. It works fine when I play it from Twine itself. Does anyone know how to fix this?

To clarify what Tobias was asking, you haven’t provided enough information to help diagnose the problem (or even mentioned which Twine story format you’re using). Linking to the game would give us a chance to figure out what’s going wrong.
