I am looking to change my username, or delete this account and make a new one. Can an admin help me with this? Thanks!
If you go under Preferences in your profile, there is a pencil icon that should let you change your username. You can also change or delete your full name as necessary.

Thanks for the reply. It does not look like I have that option for my account. The username has no pencil icon beside it. Maybe that is something only admin accounts have access to?
If I gave you a username, would you be able to change it for me on your end? Or enable the feature on my account to allow me to do it? Thanks!!
