Update on IFWiki's new software database

The software database is for interpreters, authoring systems and utilities.

All the wiki pages about interpreters (over 100 of them) are now in the database. You can browse them on the drilldown page, or use the search form. We would be very grateful if you would check for missing pages, and for errors and omissions in existing pages.

The next step is to add about 60 pages for authoring systems and about 20 pages for utilities to the database. They are listed here: Software without infoboxes. Anyone can edit the wiki – see the help page for details

Thanks in anticipation!

Thank you.

What extra information would be required to add the Python-based systems mentioned here?

Ren’Py has a page with an infobox so you could get inspiration there, and maybe improve the page at the same time :+1:

This is still the case, as we’ve all been busy! But any assistance would be welcome

Elseifplayer and Parchmap are missing.

Thanks! We would love it if you would register an account at IFWiki and add those pages. It’s easy these days, as there is now a simple data entry form – Form:Software

Ok, I’ve added pages for those two interpreters: ElseIFPlayer - IFWiki and Parchmap - IFWiki. But I am sure that there is missing information, so please check!

If anyone is considering helping but doesn’t know where to start, feel free to mention it here!
