Spoilers, I guess? But not more than you’d find in a review, usually.
Anyway, a mother learns that her child may be a faerie changeling, and she must decide what to do. It involves eggshells. A melancholy game, and also very small in the sense of places to explore and things to do.
I started thinking about it, and I’d like to play it again, but I can’t remember the title! I can’t seem to find it in my games directory, and searching the IFDB has turned up nothing (well, lots of interesting things, but not this thing).
It’s not the M. J. Gearing one, that sounds like an actual “adventure”. The game I’m thinking of, it could be said to have a “puzzle” or two, but the ultimate point is the one choice.
How long ago did I play it? Years, I think. Decades?
What type of game was it? It was…Z5? Maybe Twine?
I figured if anyone would know, it would be you all. Anyone got any ideas?
