Strange functionality out of nowhere [Talking to NPCs]

i’m trying to created talk between characters but sometimes inform is just too smart for me… if i try to write “I’d like to order cappuccino”, please then out of nowhere inform states that perhaps im trying to talk to someone. and actualy i am but ive got my own engine writen and inform reply comes to me like hammer to head … in example ive continued converstation just to show its working…but sometimes i want to order cappuccino and inform freaks me out.

I believe it’s the comma in “I’d like to order cappuccino, please”.
I think it’s parsed as <person named "I’d like to order cappuccino">, <command "please"> as in `Will, go west".
