Any thoughts on how to handle approximate dates

If you keep to bullet points, you could just add what we know in a sentence.

Also, I think broken links to headings will still take you to the right page, just not to any particular heading.

That’s not to say that I think we absolutely need to link to the headings, but I think it’d be good to let people see at a glance what all of them are.
